Embroidery may come with loose threads, and is not considered a defect. Digital printing may come with slight print anomalies and is not considered a defect. There may be a 10 - 20% difference in item colour due to strong studio lighting / discrepancies due to individual's computer resolutions, and is not considered a defect.
Due to prints placement variation, customers should not expect to receive an exact same piece as product image. Prints placement variation then is not considered a defect.
